Meet Carlos D. Martinez
Carlos D. Martinez is the founder and lead attorney at the Law Offices of Carlos Martinez. With over a decade of experience in bankruptcy law, Carlos has helped hundreds of New Jersey residents and business owners regain their financial footing and move forward with confidence.
He began his journey in bankruptcy law as a paralegal in 2012, before earning his law degree from New York Law School in Manhattan and becoming a licensed attorney in 2018. Today, he is admitted to practice in New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, where federal bankruptcy cases are handled.
Carlos is known for his hands-on approach. He meets with every client directly, explains every part of the process in plain language, and makes sure no one feels rushed, judged, or confused.
He’s particularly passionate about working with small business owners, Spanish-speaking communities, and individuals who’ve been taken advantage of by debt consolidation scams. His mission is simple: deliver real solutions and peace of mind to people who need a way out.
